These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.idahomesystems.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by Idahome Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Idaho.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including submitting a contact form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The Site is provided solely as a marketing and lead capture tool for Idahome Systems, LLC. Its purpose is to provide general information about our home automation services and to allow prospective customers to submit contact inquiries.

Submission of a contact form through the Site does not constitute a service agreement, contract, quote, estimate, or any commitment by Idahome Systems, LLC to provide services. No service obligation of any kind arises from your use of the Site or submission of any form. All service arrangements are governed by separate written agreements executed between the Company and the customer.

We do not guarantee a response to any inquiry submitted through the Site within any specific timeframe, nor do we guarantee that services will be available in your area or for your particular project.

Idahome Systems, LLC provides home automation services to residential and commercial customers throughout the State of Idaho. The Company holds a General Contractor's License issued by the State of Idaho and operates in compliance with applicable state licensing requirements.

Home automation services may include, but are not limited to, the installation, configuration, and integration of smart home systems, audio and video systems, lighting control, security systems, networking infrastructure, and related technologies.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a representation that any specific service, product, brand, or system will be available for any particular project. All services are subject to a separate written agreement, scope of work, and applicable licensing and permitting requirements.

Idahome Systems, LLC provides services throughout the State of Idaho. The Site is intended for use by individuals and businesses located within Idaho. We make no representation that the Site or our services are appropriate or available for use outside of Idaho.

If you access the Site from outside the State of Idaho, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design and layout, is the property of Idahome Systems, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Site content

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent Idahome Systems, LLC from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or other rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Idahome Systems, LLC with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us with respect to the Site.

These Terms do not govern any service agreements, contracts, or other arrangements between you and Idahome Systems, LLC related to the actual provision of home automation services. Such arrangements are subject to separate written agreements.
